2017 Day Camp Dates Announced!
CAMP 1: July 8-9, 2017 (National) $325.00
CAMP 2: August 16-17, 2017 (Regional) $325.00
The National Camp (CAMP 1) is designed for high school girls who wish to excel in volleyball and hopefully play at the collegiate level. National Camps are day camps are from 9 – 4 and include a Buffet lunch in one of the historic Residential Colleges on Yale’s campus. Campers need to arrive daily at 9:00 am. Campers may be picked up at 4:00 pm. Drop off and pick up will be in John Lee Amphitheater in the Payne Whitney Gym on Yale’s campus.
For those wishing to stay locally for the National camp there are rooms set aside at the Marriott Courtyard at 203- 777-6221 use Appleman camp as your code.
The Regional camp ( CAMP 2) is designed for junior high and high school girls in the regional area that want to excel on their high school teams. Regional Camp is a day camp from 9 – 4 and includes a lunch at Yorkside Pizza on Yale’s campus. Campers need to arrive daily at 9:00 am. Campers may be picked up at 4:00 pm. Drop off and pick up will be in John Lee Amphitheater in the Payne Whitney Gym on Yale’s campus.
There will also be a $25.00 fee for any cancellation up to one week before the camp starts – after that the fee for cancellation is $100.00.

Assumption of Risk Agreement
A certified athletic trainer will be on duty and available at all times at our camp.
In accordance with the State of Connecticut Camp Regulations part h), Appleman Camps and Clinics will not administer medications of any type (prescription or over-the-counter) to camp participants of any age. Appleman Camps and Clinics will not be held responsible for housing/storing medication(s). Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) and camp participants will be held responsible for administering and housing/storing medication(s) in a discrete place during camp.
We strongly recommend Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) of camp participants that have been prescribed medication(s) that are self-administered to treat potentially life-threatening conditions (ie. inhalers, EpiPen) meet with the Health Director during check-in to discuss their use.
