NATIONAL CAMP 2: JULY 12-13, 2021 NATIONAL CAMP 3: JULY 15-16, 2021 NATIONAL CAMP 4: JULY 18-19, 2021 NATIONAL CAMP 5: JULY 21-22, 2021 NATIONAL CAMP 6: JULY 24-25, 2021 REGIONAL CAMP 7: AUGUST 17-18, 2021 The National Camps (CAMP 1-6) are designed for high school girls who wish to excel in volleyball and play at the collegiate level. National Camps are day camps and include a buffet lunch in one of the historic residential colleges on Yale’s campus and a tour of campus. Drop off and pick up will be at John Lee Amphitheater in the Payne Whitney Gym on Yale’s campus. LIMITED TO 30 CAMPERS. All camps are $400.00. All Camps run from 9am-4pm each day. ****For all camps there will also be a $25.00 fee for any cancellation up to 1 month before the camp starts – after that the fee for cancellation is $100.00 For those wishing to stay locally for the National camp there are rooms set aside at the Marriott Courtyard at 203-777-6221, use Appleman camp as your code. we are still in the process of getting this done. Will update later. The Regional camp (CAMP 7) is designed for junior high and high school girls in the regional area that want to excel on their high school teams. Drop off and pick up will be at John Lee Amphitheater in the Payne Whitney Gym on Yale’s campus. Lunch is included. For high schools that have 10 or more participants in the regional camp the cost will be $300.00. I will be able to reimburse you $100.00 with confirmation of high school at check in. Training StaffA certified athletic trainer will be on duty and available at all times at our camp.
MedicationsIn accordance with the State of Connecticut Camp Regulations part h), Appleman Camps and Clinics will not administer medications of any type (prescription or over-the-counter) to camp participants of any age. Appleman Camps and Clinics will not be held responsible for housing/storing medication(s). Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) and camp participants will be held responsible for administering and housing/storing medication(s) in a discrete place during camp.
We strongly recommend Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) of camp participants that have been prescribed medication(s) that are self-administered to treat potentially life-threatening conditions (ie. inhalers, EpiPen) meet with the Health Director during check-in to discuss their use. |
